The purpose of this amendment is to update the shipping information to allow for delivery to a CONUS consolidation point to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). Delivery will be made to DLA Distribution at the Norfolk Intermodal Hub (NIHM), Norfolk Virginia. Additionally, DFARS 252.225-7048 Export-Controlled Items is added to the to the solicitation. As a result of this amendment, the solicitation due date is extended to 04 September 2023.
