Equipped with self-draining dehumidifier that does not require door(s) to be open to drain 4. Equipped with HVAC. Filters, if equipped, shall be washable.4 5. Equipped with ceiling mounted lighting. 6. Intended for use on standard European power grid. (Electrical must be capable of operating at 220V) 7. Equipped with M4 weapon and ammunition racks and ammo cabinet, dimensions 36'' x 20'' x 42" (914mm x 508mm x 1067mm) 8. Must come with 30'' x 60'' work bench with butcher block top 9.
