Are there additional specs/ requirements or existing equipment information available for this RFQ? Air purifiers come in many different configurations including floor or ceiling mounted. They can be stand alone with power plug for wall socket and/or hard plumbed into existing duct work with electrical terminal for hard wiring. Answer: We are looking for a portable, non-mounted solution, so the larger unit definitely needs wheels. Question: In regards to your CLIN 0002 question, the configuration needs to be 230V. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day! Answer: The voltage on both CLINs needs to be 230V, 1 phase. Question: The solicitation spells a requirement for Air Purifiers and Pricing schedule details minimum requirements, but there is one important factor/requirement missing such as the required standard set for filtration capability of the systems offered or the intended use for the systems (Medical, Schools, Offices). As it stands any air filtration system can be offered as well as "Amazon type” with close to zero filtration capability and we cannot provide a response to the requirement set below: • Technical capabilities: this factor evaluates how well the product or service provided will meet the needs of the government "H.13 Standard" according to European Norm N.1822 should be the minimum required for "HEPA certified filters” equipped Air Purifiers, or any other standard your office or the end user deems necessary. Please provide minimum standard required for the requested equipment. Answer: H13 will work for the smaller units. We would like H14 for the larger units.
