The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services to perform maintenance and repair on organizational property in building 1360, 1135, and 1078 (13) HP4000 License-OS247 (1) HiPath Trading-OS247, at Aviano Air Base, Italy, in a manner that will ensure continuous functional and safe operation. The nature of this acquisition is to purchase an extended warranty that provides the required routine security updates and remote support to correct faults. The warranty covers all components to ensure a timely response in the event of system errors or failures.
