This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 31 Contracting Squadron, Aviano Air Base, Italy intends to request quotes for Aerobics/Fitness Instructor services necessary to provide various classes In Accordance With (IAW) with the attached PWS. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: NOTE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE GOVERNMENT’S OBLIGATION TO AWARD THIS REQUIREMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE APPROPRIATED FUNDS FROM WHICH PAYMENT FOR CONTRCAT PURPOSES CAN BE MADE. NO LEGAL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANY PAYMENT MAY ARISE UNTIL FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR RECEIVES NOTICE OF SUCH AVAILABILITY, TO BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER.
