This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government Intends on awarding a firm fixed price purchase order. Item: Service in Accordance with Attachment 1 - The Government Intends on awarding a firm fixed price purchase order. Pricing Schedule: Item: Service in Accordance with Attachment 1 - SOO NASSIG 2GWLAN _V2 24 Jul 2020; Unit of issue: Lot Quantity: 1. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. All services are to be performed at: NAS Sigonella, Italy. The government will select an awardee whose quote is considered the most advantageous to the government considering price and technical capability utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to select an awardee that provides benefit to the government exceeding the minimum standards, but is not required to do so. This selection will be based on an integrated evaluation of the factors as described below. Part I – Technical Capability Sub-factor 1: Technical Plan Sub-factor 2: Prior Technical Experience Part II – Price. Quoters should give the best available pricing to the Government in arriving at the most competitive price. Additionally, when providing the price the quoters should be aware of any possibile travel restrictions or limitations (ie. quarantine). Quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Quoters shall certify company information is accurate and current in the System for Award Management (SAM).
