Approximately 3,760 AD military and Federal employees require the use of this software as a service platform. The service is to manage utility invoices for 31 FW personnel assigned to Aviano AB, Italy. It provides an office management interface for 31 FSS Home Fuels personnel and a client interface, allowing members to monitor their invoicing and make payments online. The Aviano Home Fuels program is solely dependent on the award of this request. The service includes direct support from the software manufacturer, a cloud-based solution, secure payment gateway, and unique customization tools to specifically enhance the Aviano Home Fuels program in concert with Italian Utility companies. Firm Fixed Price contract will be adopted to provide the services over a 60 month period, (from 01 Oct 19 through 30 Sep 24, to include base year plus 4 (four) option year periods).
