Amendment 2 to implement the following changes: 1. Change of Quote Respones Deadline from 19 Jul 2023 to 21 July 2023 2. Submission of all questions answerd.(see attached FA5682-23-Q-8026 Questions) 3. The removal of the following in specifications and RFQ: "Must be outfitted with a heavy guns carrier." 4. The addition of the following in the RFQ "All Offerers must submit a price sheet with all specializations for the lift." Amendment 1 to implement the following changes: 1. The removal of the following: All Offerers must be based or have an office based in Europe for shipping sources. 2. Change of Quote Respones Deadline from 14 Jul 2023 to 19 Jul 2023 3. Change of Questions Deadline from 10 July 2023 to 17 Jul 2023
