Attached are awnsered questions to RFQ. Amendment 1 to implement the following changes: The following was added to the RFQ 1. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for these items. 2. All proposed prices shall be exclusive of taxes and submitted in EURO or United States (U.S.) Dollars currency only (Exchange rate applied will be 0.9381). 3.Quotes submitted in currency other than Euro or United States (U.S.) Dollars will be rejected. Unit prices shall have no more than two (2) decimals. 4. The government intends to award this requirement of a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
