A firm-fixed commercial purchase order has been awarded to Stone Aircraft Maintenance Solutions LLC for a software system to track and dispatch Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) across multiple USAFE locations, with services performed at Ramstein Air Base and other USAFE units. The software will modernize the existing AGE dispatch process by enabling digital request, queuing, logging, and real-time equipment utilization monitoring for flying operations and base support functions. The sole-source procurement is justified because Stone Aircraft is the exclusive developer and rights holder of the current platform, which manages over 350 pieces of heavy equipment such as ground power units, heating, air conditioners, stands, and lighting. Developing a new system would create significant implementation gaps that could hinder critical AGE operations. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but information received may be considered for a future competitive procurement.
