The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO ITB 2165 to B2135, SOO ITB 2301 to B2208 & SOO ITB 2130 to B2183).
