The 700 CONS Contracting office is anticipating on soliciting a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Military Postal Operations (MPO) service requirement within the next 2 months. The description of this requirement is to provide postal support to authorized personnel and organizations, including authorized coalition personnel and units, at one or more locations within the 786 FSS/FSX AOR. Contractor’s must be able to comply with all U.S. law, U.S. code, as well as established USPS, DoD, Combatant Command, and service component rules and regulations as it applies to domestic mail supporting the Department of Defense overseas. The specified postal operations support is for the below-listed MPO locations: •Ramstein North Side Post Office, Ramstein Air Base, Germany •Kapaun Post Office, Kapaun Air Station, Germany •South Side Post Office, Ramstein Air Base, Germany A draft PWS and attachments are provided for preview.
