The program is designed to address 86th Civil Engineer Group (86 CEG) need for a full range of service requirements to include four (4) domains: Facility, Real Property, and Real Property Installed Equipment Total Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Housing Maintenance in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC).
