The contract includes a 12-month base warranty period plus four 12-month option periods, with an anticipated award date of February 19, 2026. The Air Force has invested $2.3 million in the existing proprietary system, and eVerbatim is considered the only responsible source as the Original Equipment Manufacturer capable of providing compatible hardware.
