A site visit will be held for all interested parties; the date and time will be provided in an amendment to the solicitation. 08 April 2025: Site Visit Information: A site visit will be held for all interested parties on 15 April 2025 at 1400 hours CEST at Ramstein Air Base (AB), Germany. Offerors shall contact SrA Padilla by email at wilfredo.padilla_flores@us.af.mil and/or TSgt Carleen Clinger by email at carleen.clinger@us.af.mil by 0900 hours CEST on 14 April 2025 to confirm attendance and allow the Government sufficient time to coordinate base access (United States (U.S.) Citizens will need to bring their U.S. Passports and provide their social security number (SSN) and German Nationals will need to provide their National ID or Passport). The site visit begins promptly at 1400 hours CEST. Please allow sufficient time to obtain access from the Visitor Control Center (VCC) for access to the Installation. All interested parties will meet in front of Ramstein AB’s West VCC, Building 134 (address: Kisling Memorial Drive, Ramstein AB, Germany, 66877). 6 May 2025: Questions and Answers are being posted. 8 May 2025: Solicitation due date will be extended until 23 May 2025. 13 May 2025: Questions & Answers posted/updated (listed as V2).
