This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) for the COLLECTION AND RECYCLING SERVICES AND THE OPERATION OF RECYCLING CENTERS IN THE KAISERSLAUTERN MILITARY COMMUNITY (KMC) AND PIRMASENS HUSTERHOEHE. Interested vendors shall read the attached documents 'Combo Part 1' and 'Combo Part 2' for detailed information and instructions, along with the attachments 1 PWS (incl. Appendices E and F), 2 Bid Schedule, 3 Subcontractor Consent Form, 4 PPQ, 5 EMS Awareness Flyer, 6 FGS and the DBIDS IAR INFO Jul24. A Pre?Proposal conference and Site Visit will be conducted on 31 July 2024.
