No extension has been granted as a result of this amendment. AMEMDMENT 0003: This solicitation has been amended on 22 August 2024. As a result, the solicitation has been extended from 26 August 2024 to 28 August 2024. This amendment makes changes to the SF1449 Clauses and Provisions, and also releases another series of Questions & Answers. As a result, the solicitation has been extended from 23 August 2024 to 26 August 2024. This amendment makes changes to the SF1449 Clauses and Provisions, Statement of Work, and also releases the Questions & Answers document. As a result, the solicitation has been extended from 9 August 2024 to 23 August 2024. Another Amendment is forthcoming to address questions and make the appropriate changes. --------------------------------------------------------- This is a written Request for Quotation under FAR Part 12 & 13 for Energy Management Control System (EMCS) controllers at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Incidental installation, programming, and integration to BACnet/IP networks will be acquired IAW the Statement of Work. Questions Due BY: 22 August 2024 1600 CEST [changed in Amendment 0003] Quotes Due By: 28 August 2024 1600 CEST [changed in Amendment 0003] The contractor shall provide building controllers for upgrades to BACnet/IP based controllers and network these buildings into the EMCS headend application. All upgrades shall utilize BACnet/IP. All work shall conform to standard commercial practices, in accordance with (IAW) the technical regulations for workplaces, and electrical TUV/VDE requirements. This shall include testing of all controllers and the new application. See attached documents for the full solicitation and information.
