The 700 CONS/PKB Flight has awarded a contract for RFeye nodes, antennas, software and ancillary equipment to be used in tactical electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) kits in support of 1 CMXS, Ramstein AB, Germany. This was awarded as sole source acquisition, determined by a sole source justification memorandum, see Attachment 1 - "Sole Source Justification Tactical EMSO Kits".
