The 700th Contracting Squadron proposes to establish a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for concrete for construction projects on Hatzor Air Base, Israel. This requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quote (RFQ); submission of a quote does not guarantee receipt of an award. To be considered for award, the vendor must conform to all solicitation requirements and meet all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide and deliver Concrete in accordance with the approved price list and performance work statement. Requests shall only be accepted from the Contracting Officer. The period of performance for the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is 19 Nov 2021 – 18 Nov 2026.
