FA561322Q0021 Environmenal Laboratory Services at the 86th Bioenvironmental Engineering Flight The 700 CONS/PKA Flight has a requirement to purchase Environmenal Laboratory Services at the 86th Bioenvironmental Engineering Flight, Ramstein Air Base (AB), Germany, for the period 15 September 2022 – 14 September 2027, Offerors shall use Attachment 2, Pricing Schedule, which includes all contract line item numbers, quantities and units of issue, to fill in all unit prices and total amount blocks. Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS), contains the description of the requirement for the Environmenal Laboratory Services at the 86th Bioenvironmental Engineering Flight, Ramstein AB, Germany. Place of performance and acceptance is Ramstein AB, Germany. All offerors must propose FOB (free on board) destination. Required period of performance: 15 Sept 2022 – 14 Sept 2027 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Jul 2021), applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Feb 2021), Alternate I (Oct 2014), with their offer, or complete paragraph (b) of 52.212-3, if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
