The Department of the Air Force, USAFE, 700th Contracting Squadron / PKA, has the intent to release a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a non-personal service performing Pick-Up Services and Disposal of Clinical Hazardous Waste as a non-personal service in support of the 86th Medical Group’s (MDG), Ramstein Air Base, Germany, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment 1). Also, the Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and facilities necessary to perform Pick-Up Services and Disposal of Biohazardous Waste as a non-personal service in support of the 786th Force Support Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment 2). Both requirements will be combined in one BPA. Please review all attachments and complete the Company Information page and the Price List (Attachment 4) as applicable and return both pages as your quote. In order to be considered for award, all quotes must be received No Later Than (NLT) 1500 hours, 24 January 2022. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions and requests for clarifications no later than Tuesday, 04 January 2022, 0900 local time.
