Hatzor Air Base requires the installation of a pre-cast concrete panel roof system with waterproof membrane for the Combined Joint Operations Center (CJOC) currently under construction. The existing facility consists of a 700 square meter (SM), one-story concrete facility with associated site improvements. The contractor shall provide all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all Host Nation and federal regulations. The disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government anticipates and reserves the right, to issue all solicitation documents including specifications and drawings in the English language only. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR WORK TO BE PREFORMED IN ISRAEL. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS SHALL BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUINESS IN ISRAEL.
