Amendment 01 is a Q&A document. Amendment 02 contains the updated pricing schedule which requires submission of offers in a different unit of measure than before. Amendment 03 has incorporated an updated PWS with changes to Education and Training qualifications for the Occupational Health Physician. See Paragraph 2.3 of the PWS for revised minimum qualifications. Amendment 04 is a Q&A document, providing answers to the updated physician requirements in the PWS. Amendment 05 is the updated PWS, deleting paragraph 2.3.4. This changes the minimum required qualifications for the Occupational Health Physican. Due to this amendment, the submission phase was extended, and offers are due on Tuesday, 16 Feb 2021 at 8am CET, 2am EST.
