The Request for Quote will be published on 10 May 2021 for the following requirement below. - Computer Assisted Design (CAD) based software that provided a digital double of the US Requiring Activity in Germany to be used as a GUI for tracking assets - Vendor must build all 3D digital double models to be used in software - Must provide European Union compliant RFID antennas, readers, and tags - Must create a stand-alone closed network that houses the database and software (No cloud solutions are authorized) - Network must be compliant with the Requiring Activity cybersecurity plan - Must be able to track 9,000 assets or more, in real time, across 8 buildings and must be able to expand to 3 sites in other locations - Software must use machine learning to be able to adjust the power of the readers/antennas in real time to find the best range to reliably catch the most RFID tag traffic - Software GUI must be intuitive and easy to use - Vendor must provide all software updates, on-site hardware troubleshooting, and call support
