It is not a Presolicitation or Solicitation. The Department of the Air Force, Ramstein AB, Germany intends to make a single purchase order to a qualified company for the Facility Maintenance and Snow/Ice Removal at the Ramstein Air Mobility Command Facilities. Contractors are requested to thoroughly review all requirements in the Performance Work Statement prior to submission of questions or request for information. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The performance period is expected to be a 12 month basic year with four 12 month option years for a total of five years. Interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in/or relating to the areas described in the Performance Work Statement. Information must be submitted by close of business 22 April 2020 to Venice Pamparo, email, venice.pamparo.1@us.af.mil and SSgt. Jessica Young, email, jessica.young.7@us.af.mil. All information shall be submitted via email. All Contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The website for registration is www.sam.gov. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for quote and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This notice may represent the Government’s only official notice of this procurement.
