General Description: Contractor shall supply a wash rack system with a water/chemical filtration system capable of the following requirements: -Single wash bay capable of 160,000lb load on a nonskid surface -Must recover the water used for washing allowing the treatment system to treat and reuse the water -Spray walls extending 6' high, wash pad itself is 20' wide and 49' long, and a 16'x10' ramp on entry/exit sides -Capable of dis-assembly for relocation in the future -Washing system must be located in enclosed intermodal (ISO) container -500 gal water storage tank -Auto-controlled ventilation system for ISO container -Power source capable of powering the system in full use plus all additional parts needed for operation -Contractor onsite with set-up and startup required -Delivery within 120 days of receipt of order
