It is not a solicitation. The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform occupational health provision and consultation service. Place of performance are at contractor’s facilities within 45 kilometers (km) of RAB and SAB and their designated Geographically Separate Units (GSU) in Germany (list of locations identified in Attachment 1) unless otherwise requested by the Medical Occupational Health Administrator (MOHA). Contractor personnel shall to perform at the Air Force (AF) installation if contractor does not have a facility within 45 km of the AF installations. The anticipated Period of Performance is 01 October 2020 - 30 September 2021, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 30 September 2025. For details, see Attachments
