It is not a solicitation. The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform Tricare Operations and Patient Administration (TOPA) Services. Place of performance is the Medical Treatment Facility at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The anticipated Period of Performance is 01 June 2019 - 31 May 2020, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 31 May 2024. For details, see Attachments
