The response date/time for this solicitation has been extended; offers are due no later than the prescribed date/time. Furnish & Install Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems Hatzor Air Base requires the installation of an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) must be a job-fabricated, drainable, exterior wall covering consisting of concrete, air and moisture barrier, insulation board, reinforcing fabric, base coat, finish coat, adhesive and mechanical fasteners as applicable. The disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled on 7 April, 2022 at 10:00am (Local Time), Hatzor Air Base. Prospective offerors requesting to attend shall submit photocopy of Identification (Israeli ID, Passport, etc.) along with make/model of vehicle for processing, no later than two days before site visit, to be allowed access onto Hatzor Air Base. The US Government is not responsible for Host Nation Base Access procedures and may require additional information, which may be requested and provided upon request. All questions should be submitted with Attachment 4 "Q and A Form" no later than 13 Apr 2022. Dates are tentative and are subject to change. Offeror must accept payment from US credit card (MasterCard). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
