No further responses are requested. This is not a soliciatation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. Attached please find an Industry Questionnaire (Attachment 1) and the MACC General Requirements & Provisions, dated 9 October 2023 (Attachment 2), for your review and feedback. Please note that this General Requirements is for the current MACC and will be revised during the market research phase for the new MACC acquisition. The final General Requirements & Provisions will be released with the solicitation. Updated draft General Requirements may be issued for your feedback throughout the acquisition planning processes. Please provide candid and open comments, suggestions and recommendations, and submit the completed questionnaire to the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) and Contract Specialist, joshua.maxwell.3@us.af.mil and rebecca.berry.1@us.af.mil no later than 4:30 PM, 13 Nov 2023. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will NOT be considered as proposals nor will any award be made as a result of this request for information (RFI). The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Since this Sources Sought does not represent a current requirement, response is voluntary and the Government assumes no liability to reimburse contractors for either the effort or the associated costs to respond, or for any information provided. These costs remain solely the responsibility of the responding contractor. Information provided will be used solely for planning and market research purposes in determining the competitive atmosphere.
