The Sources Sought notice is posted by a government agency seeking possible sources for a project. It is not a solicitation. The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform Physical Evaluation Board Liason Officer (PEBLO) Services. The place of performance is the 86th Medical Group at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The anticipated period of performance is 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2022, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 30 September 2026. Interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above. In addition, interested sources are requested to review attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for PEBLO Services, and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire. All questions, comments or any responses regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing via email and received no later than 1:00 P.M. CET, 18 May 2021 to the below individuals. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to the solicitation notice separately from the responses to this notice.
