The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify interested and capable vendors to perform the work described below and in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform Global Market Research Reports (GMRR): To enhance industrial preparedness, government planners require a clear understanding of global logistics networks and issues related to cultures, customs, infrastructure, supply constraints, and logistical nuances unique to a particular country or region. This knowledge allows the Government to identify and adjust to supply chain problems and to take appropriate corrective actions. In order to collect the data needed the Government is looking for vendors capable of conducting extensive market research reports (see attached draft SOW for details) for over 100 locations in 25 countries (see Attachment 2 ‘Countries & Cities GMRR’); every country will be looked at as a separate requirement. Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via email to Ms. Jennifer Wardell (jennifer.wardell.1@us.af.mil) and Ms. Carina Legleitner (carina.legleitner.de@us.af.mil) by 5:00 pm Central European Standard Time (UTC +2), 15 June 2021. The statement must include the following: 1) Company name and info (to include DUNS number and CAGE code) and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) Familiarity, knowledge and current/past experience in the described service In addition, interested sources are invited to review the attached draft SOW and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire. This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only; it is not a solicitation for work nor a request for proposal and the Government will not make reimbursements for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
