The requirement is for US Air Force units located in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Germany, in accordance with attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 09 Jan 2019. The Government's intent is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for this requirement. Ordering and payment will be done via Government Purchase Card (GPC).
