The contractor shall compelte all tasks with attention to quality, durability, safety, and aesthetics to ensure the Club Eifel program maintains functionality, safety, and efficiency of the facility to provide high-quality services to the community in an environment that is aesthetically pleasing, functionally capable of supporting a wide range of guests, and is equipped with modern drinking establishment equipment.
