The 52d Civil Engineering Squadron, Fire & Emergency Services Flight requires 2-Piece Flight Duty Uniforms in Operational Camouflage Pattern, as detailed in the attached List of Materials. The uniforms must be made of smooth, flame-resistant Nomex fabric and cannot use ripstop material. Ripstop is unacceptable because its reinforced grid or crosshatch weave would not maintain material consistency with the Fire Department’s existing inventory. The Government requires fabric without these reinforced grid patterns, and all other technical requirements in the solicitation and List of Materials remain unchanged.
