This presolicitation is for purchasing two Prime Mover utility vehicles to support flightline operations for 726 AMS at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Due to critical, expedited delivery timelines immediately after contract award, the Government intends to solicit only local vendors able to meet the immediate performance schedule. Each vehicle must seat two, tow a 4,000-pound Latrine Servicing Cart via a pintle-hook connection at a minimum 5 MPH, and include a diesel engine, automatic transmission, safety equipment, hitch receiver, two keys, manuals, and a standard commercial warranty. Vehicles must be new and unused at delivery, with operator/safety/maintenance/parts/warranty documentation, manufacturer maintenance schedule, and required safety labels. Quoters must identify any wireless or data-transmitting capabilities, and the John Deere Gator XUV 875 is acceptable as brand name or equal.
