The 52d Fighter Wing requires the procurement and installation of a brand-name Unify OpenScape Command and Control (C2) Dispatch System Upgrade at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. The effort includes hardware, software, installation, integration, and training, to be solicited among authorized Unify resellers. Offerors must provide proof of authorized reseller status in order to be considered technically acceptable. *Amendment 1 is to extend the quote due date to 24, September 2025, 1400 CEST*
