Amendment 2 of the solicitation includes the following changes: An updated conformed Q&A has been posted as a result of questions received after the site visit with reference attachments. New questions and answers begin at question 135. There is no change to the due date for quotes and there will be no further questions accepted. Amendment 1 of this solicitation includes the following changes: A site visit has been coordinated for April 15th from 1000-1000 CEST. If interested in coming, please populate the attachment titled, "Amendment 1 - Installation Access Roster - Site Visit" and email POCs the requested individuals' passprts and IDs by April 11th. Final submission for questions is now due three days after the site vist and final submission of quotes is now 2 May 2025. The amendment also contains a conformed copy of the Q&A from the previous question period. The project requires the installation of Secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and audio-visual capabilities in locations lacking current facilities, especially for secure communications involving USAFE, NATO, and EUCOM partners. The contractor is tasked with engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing three VTC suites in Bldg. 3030 and two suites in Bldg. 23. All equipment must be new, meet DISA APL standards, and comply with Air Force and DoD cybersecurity regulations.
