The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Removal of Wastewater Material requirement in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, 14 July 2025.
