Tentative Date for Issuance of Solicitation FA560625Q0002 is 13 Nov 2024. Unites States Air Base at Spangdahlem, Germany has the requirement for Custodial Services starting to be determined between 15 Jan and 01 Mar 2025. Proposed contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years. Solicitation No. FA560625Q0002 will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is advertised with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that Custodial Services are performed at Spangdahlem Air Base (SAB) in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed IAW all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarter Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. No Set-Asides will be used and RFQ will be solicited for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used within the Air Force (AF) to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Information will be utilized to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. Interested parties choosing to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) are cautioned that this RFI is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The 52nd Contracting Squadron (52 CONS) is conducting market research to determine interest in a firm-fixed type contract for one base year and most probably including 4 option years to perform custodial services on Spangdahlem Air Base. For further details on the requirement please find the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. The PWS is in draft status and might undergo major changes till it reaches its final status. Additionally, there is currently no timeframe for a potential RFQ release. The starting date for the contract is planned to be 1 April 2025. Information shall encompass the following: 1.
