The Government has a requirement for LAR TOC system maintenance, for which services shall include all personnel, supervision,equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, licenses, transportation and other items and servicesnecessary to accomplish the maintenance and calibration of the TOC-Measurement System at Spangdahlem AB. The system is located in Bldgs. 614, 615, 730 and 2023 Diverter buildings CBNATO Parallel and Welscherwiesenbuesch. These sites are secured areas, which will require priornotification from contractor before entry can be obtained. All safety items which are needed by the contractor must be provided by himself and must be accomplished according to German VOB, DIN regulations, VDE standards. The following Systems need maintenance and calibration: - Quick-TOC Ultra – 12 ea. The scheduled maintenance and calibration will be performed once within this (6) six-month time frame. For further details on the requirement please find the Performance of Work Statement (PWS) in the Attachments. With this non-binding sources sought the Government intends to seek out possible service providers to perform these services.
