Please note, the Contracting Officer was changed from Claudia Mans to Anja Weber-Sabo. **** The Government is in need of services to establish and serve as the subject matter expert in all elements of the evaluation and management of physical and behavioral science injuries, injury prevention, and performance enhancement of 52 FW active-duty Airmen. Services include responsiblity to support the attainment and sustainment of peak human performance through the strengthening, evaluation and mental prevention of uninjured Airmen, as well as the aggressive treatment and rehabilitation of injured Airmen to facilitate a rapid return to duty. The service requires collaboration with unit leadership and medical staff to ensure the highest level of Airmen and unit physical and mental readiness through injury prevention, fitness, and educational human performance optimization strategies within the Integrated Operational Support program parameters. **** Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
