Amendment 01 - Notice to offerors that the following verbage has been updated in the solicitation: Total Evaluated Price (TEP) - The TEP will be calculated as the sum of the quoter's proposed prices for the base period and all option periods to include the six (6)-month extension period in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 “Option to Extend Services.” The six (6)-month extension period unit prices will be based on the proposed option period CLIN 2001 and 2002 unit prices multiplied by .50. The six (6)-month extension period under FAR 52.217-8 will only be utilized if necessary. A quoter's Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will be determined by the sum of all separately priced CLINs as presented on the combined synopsis/solicitation. If separate CLIN prices AND a TEP (as applicable) are not included, not clearly stated, unrealistically high or low, miscalculated and/or not understandable, the offer may be rejected as non-responsive. Only prices in Euro or USD will be accepted. Prices will be evaluated in USD, for quotes submitted in Euro, the exchange rate used will be the Foreign Currency Fluctuation Defense (FCFD) budget rate for the applicable currency in effect on the date set for the receipt of initial quotes. The current FCFD rate until 1October 2022 is 1 USD=0.8703 Euro. Purchase Order will be written in the proposed currency. --------------------- The 52nd Medical Group, Spangdahlem Air Base / Germany, needs a service contract for two Full-Time Employee (FTE) Warehouse Technicians - Medical Material (1912 hours per year) for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). Service includes verifying shipments, matching specific item id by name, stock number, letter, code, quantity, or unit of issue on containers. Unloading incoming shipments, scanning bar codes, or key in receipt information into automated record system. The proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price. The projected contract performance will be one Base Year and two option years.
