The projected contract perfo... The Dental and Medical Clinic, Geilenkirchen is currently anticipating a contract for Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services. The proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price. The projected contract performance will be one base and four option years. The contract will be a Non-personal Services contract and the contractor shall provide Laundry & Dry Cleaning services to the 470th ABS, U.S. Clinic Bldg 208 and Dental Clinic Bldg 198, NATO Air Base Geilenkirchen, Germany. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform laundry and dry cleaning services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
