This requirement is for the Contractor to engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) two single mode (SM) fiber optic cable (FOC) runs connecting Building 212 to Building 455 and Building 774 to Building 211 via the recommended existing maintenance hole duct system (MHDS) paths as described in the Statement of Objective (SOO). The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOO. All equipment, supplies, or materials provided shall be new and not refurbished. No equipment, supplies, and material will be provided by the government
