The purpose of the CSC is to reduce some of the stress associated with permanent change of station (in and out of) and daily life at Büchel AB, a geographically separated unit (GSU). Contractor will accomplish this by organizing and conducting sponsorship training and inbound briefings, cultural adaptation and community events, coordinating the installation volunteer program and loan locker and managing American Forces Network (AFN) decoder issuance for all 702 MUNSS military and family members. Contractor will provide information on Büchel AB and its programs to all in bound, on base, and outbound personnel. Contractor shall organize and advertise activities to reach maximum population.
