Proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price with a base year period of performance 1 August 2019 - 31 July 2020; with four option years. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System.
