The 52nd Maintenance squadron has a requirement for two (2) each PKC 3rd Generation Mobile Power Test Stand Units with ISE Frequency Converter, Model PK630-3IB Brand Name or Equal. These systems operate primarily on 50/60 Hz, with an input voltage range from 208 through 480 VAC, three phase, and provides output voltages of 115 VAC, 400 Hz, three phase at 30 amps. It also includes Wide Range Automatic Power Source and System Protection that provides level 4 surge protection; and enables the system to detect a phase imbalance, and auto correct the voltage difference between the 3 phases. Proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price with requested delivery 30 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
