Can the truck park directly at the front door / ramp or do I have to walk? There are roll up doors at both ends of the building. However one door will have to be free of obstruction at all times. 2. Is there a lift in the building, or should you climb the stairs? It is a single floor building. 3. On which floor will fitters be brought in? This is a single floor building 4. Should we screw the cabinets to each other or to the walls? Cabinets should be able to move freely. See Attachment 3, Design Images 5. Should we dispose of the packaging after unpacking the cabinets? Yes all packaging should be properly disposed of by vendor, and all replaced items will be removed by vendor. 6. Is there a lift truck or anything similar to unload the items from our trucks? The Contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment needed to offload items. 7. Is it possible for the manufacturer to manually install the vices in the location you specify? What would these vices be? I mean to the specific vice model? Specific length, height, width? The 52nd Maintenance squadron has a requirement for: Fourteen (14) heavy duty industrial metal five-drawer toolbox cabinet with lockable castor wheels, Fourteen (14) lockable drawer and storage wall between sections with heavy duty industrial metal drawers and rolling shutter cabinet front, Four (4) heavy duty industrial metal five-drawer toolbox cabinet, Four (4) workbench with worktop and shelf, and stabilized on four legs, Eight (8) rolling workbenches with worktop and shelf, four castor wheels, push handle, Four (4) L-shape workbench desk, One (1) heavy duty pull shelving system, Two (2) industrial heavy duty pull out shelving system, Five (5) heavy duty metal five-drawer cabinet with lockable castor wheels, Four (4) workbench with wooden worktop and castor wheels, One (1) hexagonal rolling workbench with cabinet storage beneath, One (1) heavy duty slide out shelving system cabinet with workbench top, One (1) heavy duty metal cabinet with adjustable galvanized shelves, One (1) workbench with two drawer cabinets and overhead shelving, One (1) composite top workbench with two heavy duty industrial drawer cabinets and overhead adjustable shelving, One (1) lockable heavy duty industrial metal nine-drawer toolbox cabinet. Please see Attachment 1, Appendix A for specifications for each. Requirement shall be done inaccordance with attached Statement of Objective and Attachmentt 3, Design Images. Proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price with requested delivery 45 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration. All quotes must include drawings/photos, detailed specifications and measurements of each equipment item being offered. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
