The 52nd Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively via Sealed Bidding for the replacement of a boiler with an air-to-water heat pump system on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Additionally, this project will include the replacement of all fan coils, radiators, and heating distribution throughout the facility, as well as a new ventilation system for a specific building area. The awarded contractor shall need to provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to complete this project. All contract performance shall be in accordance with standards which will be outlined in the posting of the forthcoming Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 236220. The entire solicitation will be made available on or after 25 July 2025 (subject to the US Government’s best interest and availability of funding) via the Government Point of Entry web page at https://SAM.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. To be eligible for contract award, vendors must complete Offeror Representations and Certifications and complete vendor registration on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to submitting an offer.
